Nurse Laura serves on the Board for the Connor Sheffield Foundation promoting research and advocacy for medical cannabis. This foundation was created to support and fund more research on cannabis as medicine for specific conditions as the Sheffield family experienced medical issues and questions related to medical cannabis use to treat them.
In this position, Nurse Laura's primary role is validation and support by a knowledgeable healthcare professional for the Foundation while interacting for researchers from medical universities and speaking with Legislators.
